Kyle is interested in building data-driven organizations - teaching his colleagues the skills and providing the resources to answer their own questions using data. Kyle led the initiative that allowed everyone at Kepler the opportunity to query all of the agency’s data under management and endeavors to broaden Kepler’s data-driven offerings.
